Thanks for the swift response....My name is Emilie MEYER, 24yrs old, am originally from France..I'm a full time student and in my 4th semester and i also do a part-time job as an occupational health nurse (OHN)..I am dependable, honest, clean, responsible, trustworthy and am a non smoker..I'm also a very laid back and open minded lady..I tend to have someone who can take pretty good care of the place and generally keep it reasonably clean.. These apartment belongs to my late father and my mother have been managing and maintaining the apartment before she was posted to United Kingdom due to her work,she work with UNICEF and my brother also went with her..so i will be Moving with her next Month so am looking for some one to stay there Price is $500/month + utilities, Fridge-freezer, Oven, Hot water, Washing machine, Dryer, Gas cooker, Microwave, Heating, Electricity bill, Internet charges and others which have varied between fifty and a hundred dollars thus far..I usually just post a printout of the bills in the kitchen just so it's clear..$500 for the security deposit which will obviously be returned whenever you decide to move out..
