MAGFest Waiver

I understand that I am attending MAGFest at my own risk.

I agree to hold harmless: MAGFest, MAGFest LLC, the Gaylord National, or any volunteer or staff members of the preceding organizations. I agree not to hold liable the staff, board members, or volunteers of any of the above mentioned organizations for any bodily injury, theft, damage to my personal property, emotional distress, or any other negative consequences of attending.

I agree that I have read and will abide by the MAGFest Code of Conduct, which is located online at www.magfest.org.

I am aware that failure to abide by the Code of Conduct may result in having my badge confiscated, being removed from the convention, and being barred from attending in the future.

Furthermore, I agree to abide by all local, state, and federal laws while in attendance.
