i have a friend that said he pre registered for 2 tickets. but he said he was going to pay at the door. i told him to just pay through paypal when he pre registered but he said he hated paypal and didnt want to do it. anyway, long story short, is can he print up his pre-registration tickets and still pay at the door? or does he have to try to find someone to sell him the badges?

i already bought my tickets and paid already so i dont have to worry about that, but he is at work and i wanted to find out for him
