I just got mine.
I thought it was going to be a printable coupon but its not. They will mail you a coupon in 4-6 weeks. It is not local time it is based on eastern time and only eastern time. So all the pacific time zone people have to do it before 9 pm their time. Looks like the coupon will get there right about Magfest time.
