How early can we arrive at the hotel?

I'm sharing a room and they won't be there until late. However, I don't know if I can get a plane trip to arrive at that time or close to it.
Is there a time we aren't allowed in the hotel to wait on the 31st or anything? I don't want to get there and be told to go elsewhere because I arrived too soon and such.

You can arrive early as you want but when you do arrive go downstairs to the open area. If you are down there out of the hotel's hair they wont care if you are there. There will be magfest people there setting things up. So dont worry you can come and hang out or help if you feel like it.

IF your name is on the hotel

IF your name is on the hotel room and you have a Credit Card (after 3 PM), you can check into the room. I am not getting there until Friday, but my roommate is coming in on Thursday. They are checking in and I will switch to my card on Friday Morning.
