Question on some Pre-Reg's won during Setsucon in State College in Jan?

Hello, all, this will be my first MagFest, have seen it for years and wanted to go, since I first heard of it at an ill-fated East Coast game 'con in Reading, PA...

My question is that I had been at the Setsucon anime convention in State College, PA, and myself and two others had won/paid for registration for MagFest, and intend to go, but hadn't heard anything back about it, or confirming it, after we filled out our information back then;

I and one friend had answered questions during a followup discussion panel with the guys from the band "This Place is Haunted", after watching them in concert, and for answering trivia questions about game music, had won admissions to this year's MagFest (I won for guessing a Super Metroid song, and he won for guessing a Contra 4 song)

One other friend of ours had taken on the retro-game challenges in the dealer room the night before, also, attempting to win a membership playing through Castlevania, but finally lost out on the final level, and was offered an admission for $20, which he paid for the next day at that same discussion panel with the band;

Just wanted to check that our names were still somewhere on someone's list, or what the deal was, as I've been lax in getting around to it, myself! Sorry if this doesn't quite belong in the forums, but I just wanted to put this somewhere, in the absence of an e-mail contact for this sort of thing!

Hope to hear back, have a happy 4th of July, and once I get a few more people together by MagFest, hope to see everyone there at my first one!

I'm the one that took it.

Yo!

I'm the one that took that information down on the registration card, and I'm still holding onto it. We haven't forgotten about you.

Here's what's going on:

We've taken awhile to get registration up. Since the online registration system that attendees use is the same system that powers our at-event registration, we've been waiting for it to be complete before adding your info to the database (bugs found while we're working on the system could lead to data loss, which no one wants). It'll go in soon, and you'll probably get a confirmation email. If it asks you to pay, you can just ignore that part.

Thanks for staying in touch, though. If you have any more questions poke us here, in the chat room, or with the contact form. All of them work.

Yo, just following up

Yo again, just wanted to follow up, having already reserved the room and getting with my group to make sure we've got our plans down, I hadn't actually gotten any e-mails or anything yet, and to the best of my knowledge, neither did the other guy who won at "Name that Tune" or the third who got half-price admission for making it almost through Castlevania at Setsucon; I just entered my pre-registration details on the site to be safe, didn't see any place to put that side-information in, and just wanted to let you know that I'd done so, and ask what the next step was, so we don't have any snafus at the 'fest, thanks!

Awesome

Thanks a ton, that's great, good to know it's all still in the works! Bein' a computer programmer, I know just what it's like to want to make sure the system's ready to go before making it go live, I'm doing some pretty massive upgrades at work this week, and ya don't dare go live without making sure every "i" is dotted and "t" is crossed:D

I'll keep in touch, and I'm looking forward to MagFest! ^_^
