Transfering a preregistered pass

I'm not sure if this is in the right section but I was wondering how a pass is transferred to someone else. My friend won't be able to make it and he wanted to give me his pass so if I could be pointed in the right direction it would help. Thanks in advance.

Then, your friend needs to IMMEDIATELY send an email to magfest at gmail with his personal information and a request to transfer his badge to you, with the appropriate information to replace it with repeated.
