Timing

So I only recently found out about this thing, and since it looks awesome and is fairly nearby I decided, why not. The only questions remaining is when, and for how long. Is there a schedule for all of the events, tournaments, performances, etc.? Must I rent a room if I want to stay at the fest for a night? What is the cost to pay without preregistration? Actually, I guess I still have a lot of questions. Help would be appreciated.

reL timing

I think tonight is it for pre registration. you should come to the chat room tonight there is supposed to be a massive Q&A session.
