MAGFest is proud to call the Washington, DC area's premier hotel and convention center, the Gaylord National (click for directions), our home for 2012. There is a special MAGFest rate of $125/night (plus $15/night resort fee and applicable taxes) which gets you your room, along with the following long list of goodies:

• High-speed internet access in each guest room
• Wireless internet access in the atrium
• Local phone calls up to 20 minutes ($.10/minute thereafter)
• Toll-free and credit card calls up to 20 minutes ($.10/minute thereafter)
• Bottled water (2 per room, per day)
• Daily newspaper
• Access to the fitness center

Within one month of the date of your reservation, the Gaylord will charge a one-night deposit to the credit card used to hold the reservation. All deposits are refunded if the reservation is cancelled 72 hours before your reservation date. If you have any questions regarding this deposit, or to request to have multiple rooms grouped near each other, please e-mail hotel@magfest.org.
